2.15-3.15pm – Yogalates Class (Yoga & Pilates Fusion)
Experience the joy of bringing Yoga and Pilates together into one highly effective practice

3.30-4.30pm – Desk ergonomics / ‘stretch & strengthen’ at your desk / bringing movement into your day to day / self-massage techniques with balls and foam rollers / little and often philosophy!

4.45-5.30pm – Developing your own home practice, Q&As
