  • 9.30-10am – Welcome Brews, Meet & Greet

  • 10-11am – Pilates for Beginners

        Focusing on core and glute strength

  • 11-11.15am – Refreshment & Comfort Break

  • 11.15-12.15pm – Slow Flow Yoga for Beginners

         To stretch and mobilise your whole body

  • 12.15-1pm – Vegan, seasonal lunch and free time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings

  • 1-2pm – Soundbath with Phil Gibson

  • 2-2.15pm – Refreshment & Comfort Break

  • 2.15-3.15pm – Yogalates Class (Yoga & Pilates Fusion)

         Experience the joy of bringing Yoga and Pilates together into one                                          highly effective practice

  • 3.30-4.30pm – Desk ergonomics / ‘stretch & strengthen’ at your desk / bringing movement into your day to day / self-massage techniques with balls and foam rollers / little and often philosophy!

  • 4.45-5.30pm – Developing your own home practice, Q&As

Car Parking available on site.

Things to bring:

  • A yoga/exercise mat

  • A blanket and pillow for the relaxing Soundbath experience

  • A notepad and pen
